Chinese people have always loved tea, and so do people around the world. We have a rich and ancient tradition of tea appreciation. Chinese tea culture has a long history, spanning thousands of years. I have studied the art of tea for many years and have greatly benefited from it. I hope to share the exceptional Chinese teas I’ve discovered with all of you.
High-quality Chinese tea should adhere to the following principles:

- The tea should be crafted using traditional methods.
The ideal way to enjoy tea is to use the purest, most natural water. Boil the water over an open flame, then steep the tea leaves in the boiling water. Start with a short brewing time and adjust it gradually to find the flavor you love. For the best tea-tasting experience, it is recommended to use white porcelain cups.
